Sometimes paintings come easily, the paint flows, you are in the zone.
Sometimes there are parts of a painting you love, and others, no matter how many times you try, you just can't get something right.
I wonder if others see the struggle, or the ease with which the painter paints?

Great to see you blogging again too Megan, I just discovered today that Ursula had had another baby through her blog. Great to catch up with you both again. Your painting is beautiful, such lovely colours.
I'll be in Sydney teaching in March so I might be able to catch up in person. Thanks for your comment re the book it was a great thrill to have something published in a book.
